The "Iuliu Hatieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy enjoys an old and beautiful tradition of student organizations. Student organizations are independent, in terms of their actions, but the university encourages the students' scientific, social, or cultural activities, as they are considered to be inseparably connected to academic life.
Without the collective actions of our students, university life would lack colour, dynamism, and youthfulness.

Organization for Medical Students

OMS Cluj is a student, independent, non-government, and non-political organization which represents the medical students from Cluj. At present, OMS Cluj has over 200 active members and represents over 2,500 students from the „Iuliu Hațieganu" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca

Organization for Pharmacist Students

OSF 3

Founded in 1995, The Organization for Pharmacist Students (OPS) has setup the first competition in Romania under the license of this organization, after only one year of activity as associated member of IPSF (International Pharmaceutic Students Federation): Communication with the Patient. Next to Clinical Abilities and Papers Session, the competition continues to run successfully within the framework of the National Congress for Pharmacist Students, standing at the V-th edition in March 2005

Organization for Dental Medicine Students

The Organization for Surgeon Dentist Students (OSDS), with the head office in Cluj-Napoca, has been founded in 1996. Owing to its work, alongside a significant number of volunteers among subsequent generations, OSDS has managed to support the ideas, needs, and wishes of the surgeon dentist students

MSF Cluj - a local branch of the Swedish Medical Students Association (SMSA)

MSF Cluj is a local branch of the Swedish Medical Students Association (SMSA) which is a part of the Swedish Medical Association. SMSA acts on behalf of its members in order to represents their rights and opinions. SMSA has no legal authority outside of Sweden but it serves as a forum for medical students in Sweden and abroad to meet and work together on common interests.
